Kingdom 320 started with Jeff Rutkowski receiving a word from God, to leave his comfortable position as the top trainer at one of the world’s largest real estate training companies and build something specifically for the faith-based community.
Jeff had already spent years coaching and training tens of thousands of people across the United States on how to find and profit from real estate deals, learning how to raise capital and structure deals that work at every level.
But he felt called to go deeper. To build a community where Christian entrepreneurs could create wealth not just for themselves, but to take territory and fund the Kingdom of God. That calling became Kingdom 320.
Kingdom 320 was founded by Jeff Rutkowski, a top real estate investor, educator, and speaker who spent years as the top trainer at one of the world’s largest real estate training companies, personally coaching tens of thousands of people across the United States. Despite that success, Jeff felt a deeper calling, to build something specifically for the faith-based community where real estate education and biblical values could exist in the same space. That calling became Kingdom 320.
Jeff’s approach is rooted in transparency, faith, and the conviction that financial success should serve a purpose greater than personal gain. He teaches a principled, integrity-first system for building real wealth, one that honors God, treats every party in a deal fairly, and gives students a foundation they can build a lifetime of investing on. Jeff learned at a very young age that God had a call on his life to “fund the Kingdom” and his vehicle of choice is real estate….
For the past 8 years Jeff has personally coached and trained over 30,000 people across the United States on how to leverage a simple system to “find” and create “profit” from real estate deals without ever having to own the property or use their own cash.
In addition to training students all over the country Jeff has amassed a real estate portfolio that creates more passive income than his expenses and he is able to live in total freedom.
Jeff began to feel God calling him to continue teaching and training real estate but to do it specially for the faith based community.
He believes that Christians must learn to create wealth and take territory, literally, for the Kingdom of God.
Jeff currently lives in San Diego California with his wife Claudia and daughters Julianna and Ava.
They are faithful members of Awaken Church and part of the leadership team with the mission of expanding the church to 16 locations across San Diego.
